polaris victory base blacked out?

i met a guy today that had a 100 cubic inch polaris victory motorcycle and it was almost all the way blacked out including the exhaust system.he told me he bought it like that and it was just base model. i cant find it anywhere on the web even on the polaris page where can i find it??
