If i'm not mistaken, the aspencade was a 500cc version of the GW. Is that the case here? I own a 83 GW 1100 with 179k miles and i routinely see them in the paper for 3 to 4 grand, depending on condition. The 500cc versions go for 2 or 3 grand depending on the shape, and also the region of the country has a lot to do with it also. Southern parts of the country command higher bike prices because the riding season is longer and bikes are more useful. I'm from ohio and many of my friends from the carolina's come to visit me and purchase a bike while they're here, because they're a thousand or two cheaper here. Get a bike trader mag and do a little research. Hope this helped at least a little. EDIT-Thanks for the correction, bikinkaw and andrew, the seventies were tough on my brain cells!!
