Suzuki Motorcycles
if your a begginer and you are taking the msf class for motorcycles would a suzuki gsrx 600r be good for me?

im a big guy im 6'2 and 230 pounds. would a suzuki gsrx 600r be good for me

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! A GSXR is an organ donation waiting to happen in the hands of a novice rider.

The very best thing you can learn on is a cruiser or small tourer with a displacement of 500cc - 800cc.

There is a plethora of reasons that make a GSXR is a terrible choice for a learner's bike, but by far the biggest one is that the temptation to do incredibly stupid things on a sportbike is far too great. The GSXR is two double-handfuls of bike with endless supplies of intoxicating power and acceleration on tap. As a novice, without the ability to handle--or more importantly, *respect* that power, you can quickly find yourself in deep trouble faster than you can blink your eye. Literally.

Buy the GSXR after three years or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. Before that, learn to ride and how to handle a bike properly.
